Mr. Bennani has worked on numerous financing and M&A advisory transactions totaling over $2 billion. Over the last 15 years, he has focused on next generation IP-based voice, video and data service providers, Internet Infrastructure service providers and business applications such as cyber security and SAAS. Mr. Bennani joined Kaufman Bros. in 1995 from Barington Capital, L.P.'s investment banking department. His responsibilities ranged from public and private financing transactions to general financial advisory for mergers and acquisition, restructuring, acquisition financing and recapitalization. His primary industry focus was technology. Mr. Bennani received a MBA in international finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. He also received his Masters in computer science as well as a BS in mathematics and physics from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris.
