Ramirez & Co., a minority-owned full-service investment bank headquartered in New York, where she played a key role on corporate finance assignments for existing and prospective clients. Ms. Ptaschnik earned a Bachelors of Commerce degree from McGill University with a major in Finance and a concentration in Accounting and completed a thesis on Seasoned Equity Offerings.
