Prior to joining Kaufman Bros., Mr. Colley was an associate in Gilford Securities' corporate finance department. While at Gilford Securities, Mr. Colley was responsible for the evaluation, structuring and execution of both public and private transactions in the technology arena. Mr. Colley was also involved with Gilford Securities' merger and acquisition advisory business. Prior to joining Gilford Securities, Mr. Colley was an analyst in the merchant banking group at MBF Capital Corp., where he worked on principal investment transactions and provided advisory services to the technology and communications industries. Mr. Colley gained his original Wall Street experience with Alex. Brown & Sons and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Colley received his B.B.A. degree with a concentration in finance from the University of San Diego School of Business.
