We build and maintain relationships with private equity, venture capital and "crossover" investors throughout the United States and Europe in order to service growing businesses and match them with appropriate long-term investors.

Kaufman Bros. provides publicly traded clients with access to private capital when particular firms may be better served by a private placement than by a follow-on or secondary public offering. These private investments in public equity, or PIPEs, are executed through the combined efforts of our corporate finance professionals, our private placement group and our institutional sales organization.
